Our Developing History

SKY Foundation Technology Co., Ltd is a high reputable and rich experienced distributor in the market of electronics components. We deal wide range of electronics components, such as IC components, diodes, transistors, capacitors, inductors, resistors, sensors, semiconductor, connectors, relays, etc. And we also sell computer spare parts.

SKY Foundation Technology Co., Ltd was established in 2000 by our general manager Mr. Kim Cai, is located a special economic district in Shenzhen, China, who is in the market of electronics components.

In the next year, we moved to China New Asia Electronics Market Building for more convenient for our business.

From 2002 -2005, we began to buy small amount of stock and sell in China market.

In the year of 2006, SKY Foundation was registered in Hong Kong and started overseas electronics trading. And next year, we established our international electronic working system.

In 2008, we won the first overseas order for computer spare parts from 2SL in Australia. And the next year, SKY Foundation stepped into computer spare parts like HDD, RAM, Motherboards, etc.

In 2010, SKY Foundation moved office to a more professional office building Dynamic World and began to buy large amount stock to meet more clients’ need for prompt shipping. And our business is keeping developing.

Since 2011, Sky Foundation had been obtaining more and more orders from our old and clients, and had already established our stable long-term cooperation relationship with old customers. Our team is more and more skillful and professional.

In 2015, Sky Foundation passed the Certificate ISO9001 2008 to be a more professional and reliable distributor.
