1. Are you an ISO authenticated company?
Yes, we successfully passed the ISO 9001：2008, you can check our certificates in” About us” list.
2. What’s the condition of the items?
All of our items are high quality, brand new and unused.
3. How to place my order?

4. Is your stock stable?
Usually, the stock is stable, because of the fluctuant selling, the stock parts are always changing and the stock list cannot be promptly updated. So, please consult the stock situation when you inquiring.
5. How do you control your products quality?
We have QC department and built full quality control system to inspect the items we supplied. If parts are coming from OEM-excess or non-authorized distributor, don’t worry, we are working with testing house CECC and Whitehorse lab for our quality control. All shipment values more than US $800 from BCT will be sent to Whitehorse lab in Hong Kong for visual inspection and drop-shipment. Technical testing can be operated subject to customer requests
